PTO NEWS

From the PTO Board
The Croft PTO Board has been working hard all summer to make plans for the 2008-2009 school year.  We are counting on your help to make this a successful year.  PTO funds help pay for many extra activities, school supplies, student incentives and awards, zoo trips, all benefiting your child at Croft.
All money donated and raised by the PTO is used to benefit your child. You can help your child in the following ways:

Join the PTO: Membership is only $10 per person and we would like every parent and grandparent to become a member. This includes a $5 rechargeable Kroger gift card registered to benefit Croft with every recharge you make.

Volunteer:  Fill out a PTO Volunteer Information Form and let us know how you would like to help. There are many ways to volunteer here at Croft.

Donate:  The PTO Board has made the decision not to ask students to sell anything this year, since other programs in the school will be conducting fundraising sales.  Instead, the Croft PTO has an Invest in Excellence Campaign.  We are asking you to make a donation to the Croft PTO to fund our budget.  We suggest every family give $100 if at all possible. That works out to about $10/month, or $2.50/week. If you give generously to our Invest in Excellence campaign and we meet our goal of $20,000, then the PTO will then only do the Invest Program and International Festival as our fundraisers.

Please make your pledge today!

Please return all forms and donations to your child's homeroom teacher.

Thank you for supporting Croft Middle School!
Sincerely,

Croft PTO Board
